A rare piece of sunshine

I was delighted to be woken up by sunshine on boxing day. Sunny days were a really scarce treat in december, and days off with sunshine even more so. The temperature was freezing, -20 c if I remember correctly. When it is this cold, the focusing system on my camera (the Nikon D3oos) tends to get a little unreliable after, say 40 minutes of shooting. When this happened, I headed back in for breakfast. Pretty much the second I got a steaming cup of tea on front of me, the clouds moved in and that was that for the light. Until next time, dr. Gadget, next time!
